I'm looking for a pair of boots
filson used to make very similar version a few years ago. google 'Filson Sebago' or 'Filson x Wolverine'. you could probably find quiet a few on ebay. they are all leather + tin cloth. there is a slightly different design available on filson website [newer model i think]...- hardlyworkingman

do your view on clothes change after covid?
Early in covid days, I quickly moved to sticks, I moved from wearing khaki's, dress shirt, sport coat, oxford/chukkas etc for work, to, tough clothing for activity specific need (hunt, fish, manual labor etc). My views didn't necessarily change but 'needs' changed.- hardlyworkingman

My ideal size is 8.5, but boots i am mostly 9 or 8.5 depending on the brand. i am on the last hole on strap and there is still ton of room on top, i am not sure if punching another hole would help. i would have to punch extra hole, add a thicker insole and wear thicker socks to make them fit...- hardlyworkingman
