i should've explicitly mentioned, there is an office dress code about wearing business formals from Mon-Thursday that gets published every year. friday's are a bit relaxed. This meeting was on a Wednesday. my observation was about people not caring about dress code, but not the actual topic...

CEO rolls into meeting with a tshirt and an unbuttoned denim shirt, denim jeans and sneakers
CFO - short sleeve shirt, some pants and sneakers
VP - Short sleeve shirt, denim jeans...
when i was young (and dumb) i rode motorcycles with leather jacket and shorts in summer. besides that i can't think of any other time i found a use for leather jacket with shorts.
Now i pretty much stick to shorts + waxed canvas, denim, down, wool jackets as long as the weather is between 45-75.

on average, in a year, i wear pull on boots more than 50% of the time (muck boots) for outdoor work. its only a matter of time.

good condition. worn probably 6 or 7 times.
These are ”Classic Narrow” Soft Toe. I wear it with a thinner wool socks and are comfortable. if you have a wide foot, this are probably not a great fit.
I keep gravitating to other boots...
That belt looks killer. good luck with it. I thought about getting one, but probably wont be able to wear it as much as i would like, instead i've Been looking for a belt with a fireman buckle and horsehide, found and purchased last night...
Under 5 they are easily wearable. past 5mm they become a utility belt. I have 2 of my belts in this picture, Filson double belt (left - 8 mm), Filson bridle belt (right - 4mm).
8 mm, belt gets used only if i am carrying my ruger alaskan (almost weighs 5 lbs when loaded along with holster)...
