    You know, though ... I've seen lots of black comedians on stage making "you crazy white people" jokes, and getting tons of laughs from people of all ethnicities. If I went on stage doing "you crazy black folks" jokes, I'd be a racist, and most likely shot before I got off stage.

    Personally, I'm getting tired of patriotism. These days, the word just doesn't seem to mean what it meant decades ago. Today it seems more like it means blind loyalism or nationalism rather than what real patriotism is. That stuff I can do without.

    I wonder the same thing. The last 2 elections I voted in, I was handed a "democratic voter" card. Why did I need one of those? What's the difference between a republican and democrat card? Surely they all have the same choices and candidates.
