    It's probably too tight in the band. Unfortunately, the underarm bulge happens to a certain extent for most people, which is why I think strapless dresses don't work for most folks. Depending on her bust size, it might be worth exploring alternative bra options as well, like adhesives.

    Thanks again for the info. At this point, I'm wondering if it's not more effective to just do home waxing? In the long run it's not more cost affective, and it's messier, but much faster. An hour and a half? That's a lot of time to spend on home hair removal every month!
