    A straight 23". I live in NC. Definitely no musty odors, but it does have an unusual vintage smell I'm not really able to identify. The only time I've detected this smell in the smell was on a similar era police jacket from Buco. Kind of rubbery? Hard to describe a smell, really, but not "bad"...
