Well if you talk to Dylan he can answer most of your questions even if not all - he does have an inherently sketchy business to run after all. Dylan made a great impression on me and I think he is a very valuable middleman within his power/limits.

I think using Tailor Brando as an aggregator is definitely worth it consider the low prices you're paying anyway. And you can ignore the US exemption changes - Dylan will declare what you want.
Narrower in the shoulders, longer and narrower in the sleeves. Hard to say much about the torso from those photos but looks quite okay. Just my opinion obviously.
Good luck with that! Be careful if buying from JP - those are often made from much thinner leather. Here's one I bought and then sold to a guy in Poland.
These neck->pits lines and the general neck hang feel of Aero jackets have been discussed many times here on TFL. It's a pattern issue. Some models less some more. Some folks get hit by it less, some more. For me its pretty mild, but it's there.

If the cuffs didn't have zippers then the width would be fine. But in this case the zippers are purely aesthetic / an afterthought.
I've seen too many hand warmer pocket placement variations to even have an opinion on what would be considered weird haha.
