I mean, yeah, I think wool is better for sweaters. I used to have cotton sweaters when I was a kid, and then I grew up and discovered I could wear wool sweaters comfortably, and they were better in every way.
But then, there are people who have allergies, and people who just find cotton more...

I've learned a lot about different mskers, styles, fit, and materials from the forums. I definitely bought a lot of the jackets I own because of what I learned from being here.
It's hard to find info on them for the same reason it was hard to find info in "High Large" before they changed their name to Fine Creek.
I think the jackets look well constructed, and the materials look good. I'm less sure about sizing. But they seem like a good value if they fit well...
Just listed on Ebay. This jacket is minty, and almost certainly one of the last Octagon leather jackets in this kind of condition.

That may be. Almost all of my Aero jackets have Talon zippers.
Somehow my vanson jackets that have had Talon hardware haven't had any problems, though. They're beefier and the teeth are more exposed, and I think that explains the difference more than the brand.
