Leather :

-Simons is an amazing teacore horside, very similar to double helix, amazing look, grain, feeling, touch, smell, amazing for 600 usd
-Jiashi is a teacore cowhide, less noble than horsehide but very resistant and durable, do not crease/wrinkle a lot, very stiff at first, for 300 usd, it's trully unbelievable
-Double helix : very similar than the simons one, less shiny, stiffer brand new

Furr :

-Simons is amazing : 9.5/10
-Jiashi is very good : 8/10
-Double helix : very similar than the simons one 9.5/10

Hardware :

-Simons and Jiashi : the same quality for both : ok tier 6/10
-Double helix innovator : 9/10

Stitching

-Simons 8/10
-Jiashi 8.5/10
-Double helix 10/10

Fit

-8.5/10 for Real simons
-8/10 for Jiashi

Value for money

-Simons : 9.5/10, horsehide is top tier
-Jiashi : 10/10, even 11, it's trully great and way better than any schott cowhide/steerhide
-Double helix 4/10, hardware and stichting trully better compared to chinesse jacket

If you want a really beautiful jacket for little money, the Jiashi is for you
If you want a beautiful horsehide experience and ready to pay double, go simons
If you want to get f**** in a Japanese way, go double helix
