Can't help but think this (new to me) Bors. has more of a story.

It is of newer vintage with a Fancy Bow on the right side , a fabric sweat band with nothing under but the size tag.

That is a cute lady's hat. A larger size than most ladies but I have a few female clients with hat sizes that large.
