Hi, I'm curious about the quality of Victory leather, any of you fellow FL members tried or own a jacket made of the aforementioned leather ?
No, I'm referring to one of the leathers that Bill Kelso uses.So are you referring to the Victory-branded motorcycle jackets (Polaris owned Victory company now)?
If so we have a local Victory motorcycle dealer here in my hometown and I have handled a few of their jackets. They are mostly similar to H-D branded offering, Pakistan or China-made which can be fine. Generally leathers are Fairly thin, but they at least bring some nice color offerings. Would not be my first choice overall, but fine if you want something for on the bike use. I have not owned one.
@tmitchell59 has a Duke in Victory leather and it is one of the all time nicest jackets in TFLNo, I'm referring to one of the leathers that Bill Kelso uses.
John Lofgren Monkey Boots Shinki Horsebuttt - $1,136 The classic monkey boot silhouette in an incredibly rich Shinki russet horse leather.
Grant Stone Diesel Boot Dark Olive Chromexcel - $395 Goodyear welted, Horween Chromexcel, classic good looks.
Schott 568 Vandals Jacket - $1,250 The classic Perfecto motorcycle jacket, in a very special limited-edition Schott double rider style. As stated above I do have a Bill Kelso Duke in Victory.Hi, I'm curious about the quality of Victory leather, any of you fellow FL members tried or own a jacket made of the aforementioned leather ?
Thanks for sharing, however, all I see are pictures, since you have one, what makes you say what you said ?As stated above I do have a Bill Kelso Duke in Victory.
I have not seen another leather like it.
Here is a file comparing Victory, Shinki, and Bill Kelso Liberty horsehide.
