Custom spec back and sleeve length from a size 44 base. I am absolutely thrilled with how it came out. Really nice horsehide, substantial, yet soft and pliable. This is the first wear besides a quick try-on, it should really break in quickly over time.

Thanks Jon! Yes it is and it’s lovely. I like it so much I am seriously thinking about ordering the same jacket in mid brown at some point.

Hi not yet and no word. I ordered mine 6/2 and expected 60 days but I see soon after they changed their website estimates to 90 days. You have every right to be disappointed but I had a hunch it may be delayed and can't really wear the jacket in August in NY anyways so I really don't mind. Just hoping I get it in time for the Fall/Winter and in great condition. Sometimes the wait/expectation is more exciting lol.

Also I didn't email bc I am just gonna wait it out

Hey guys ! I got the Double Helix Western Pioneer in Burgundy size 48. I usually wear a size 46 in Japanese Brands (Y'2, RMC, RC, FCL) and the 48 fits like a 46 in the other brands. As this is my first double helix, im assumign they fit quite snug for their stated size. Photos below in the following post. Its very pliable out the gate!

Nice! I got size 38 same as my rmc so we will see. i like it snug so hopefully fits good when broken in

yes its always a question of shoulder size for me. i find 20ish inches give or take to be the right size. Which happens to comport with size 48 for double helix. This is a shame as i haven't found any stockists that keep 48 in house!

the leather is quite nice, im sure this wont be the last Double Helix i purchase!

Looks great, congrats! I so think they fit on the slim side of their measurements, which actually worked out for me as I was a little worried the chest was going to fit wider than I wanted, but it came out perfect.
