Also can anyone tell me if the under arm gussets are functional ? Do they increase arms range of motion , can you raise your arms straight up over your head with the jacket zipped up?

Had an offer from North America, but the price+transport + taxes .....

I will look into getting a new one from the tier 1 manufacturers in Europe.
