Me (bearing the flag), my brother (the drummer) and his girlfriend (out of step and taking a break from the fife) as we led the town’s Fourth of July parade in 1976.

Get yourself an open road. In NYC you’ll get many complimentsFeel like in NYC you can get away with whatever you want to wear. Just own it and don't be afraid to take up space.
Any mass produced hat factory will show variances in the sizing. It is an aspect of mass production. I only have 3 Stetsons and they have been consistently right in their sizing so I think it is the luck of the draw and best to buy a factory hat in person to be sure.Quick question on hat sizing: do most hats from one brand run the same size? I’m asking because i bought a Stetson Open Road Royal Deluxe (7 1/4) and it fits loose. I also just bought a Stetson Pinnacle (7 1/4) and it fits perfectly. Just curious if this is common or if most hat brands generally size the same. Thanks

Lol, I guess this is one more reason to buy a custom. Sent you my head tracing last night, looking forward to the hat!Any mass produced hat factory will show variances in the sizing. John Lofgren Monkey Boots Shinki Horsebuttt - $1,136 The classic monkey boot silhouette in an incredibly rich Shinki russet horse leather.
Grant Stone Diesel Boot Dark Olive Chromexcel - $395 Goodyear welted, Horween Chromexcel, classic good looks.
Schott 568 Vandals Jacket - $1,250 The classic Perfecto motorcycle jacket, in a very special limited-edition Schott double rider style. Blew past that a LOOOOOONG time ago. Still waiting for the intervention part.I think I have room for one more hat that lives in it’s own box and then I’m going to have a problem.
Question being; at what point does this require an intervention? lol

Or at the worst having 2 homes filled with hats in various locations and an office filled with them, both annoying your wife and amusing your business partner. Good thing my wife never comes to Florida. The amused business partner needs no "handling."When you run out of hat rack and wall space.... then you stack things up on a guest room bed and make guests sleep on the sofa. At that point youre about 20 new hats away from needing to evaluate things... maybe. Anyone who brings the subject up better have a big wall of hats themselves or they may be ignored lol
Youve got an advantage most of us dont have.... addresses in multiple countries you can fill up lolOr at the worst having 2 homes filled with hats in various locations and an office filled with them, both annoying your wife and amusing your business partner. To be fair, apartments both, to be able to pull that off. With no kids living at home, my wife is actually quite gracious to give me part of a room to work when I'm home. The place in Florida near my office is the real story.Youve got an advantage most of us dont have.... addresses in multiple countries you can fill up lol
HAS (Hat Acquisition Syndrome) strikes hard.. and fast. Before you know it you are up to your elbows in hats. And you get.. the look… every time a new box hits the door step. ”oh what’s that.. ANOTHER EMPTY BOX”I think I have room for one more hat that lives in it’s own box and then I’m going to have a problem.
