Dear gents,

reaching out to our european members here, as shipping higher value items
from Germany to the United States is almost impossible actually due to the
"Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment for all Countries"

I purchased this jacket in 2019 from the "Rivet and Hide" Shop UK and have only worn it a couple of times
inside my home, it was neither worn outside the house, nor has it been exposed to rain etc. hence the non existing "break in".
This jacket is like new and comes with the original Lot# / Shipping box / label and the accompanying postcard from one of the
friendly "Rivet and Hide" employees.

ATTENTION: In order to get a more toned down version from the original design i had a professional
leather-tailor workshop removing the shoulder epaulets for a more minimal look, when i first bought this jacket.
Epaulets will be included with the jacket, see pic.

Features:

-1.3mm Thick Horsehide from Japan's Shinki Tannery
-Black Semi-Aniline Finish
-Inner Pocket
-Red Sateen lining on body and sleeves
-"uchi-nuki" side-cinch buckle to loosen or tighten the waist

Measurements:
Chest Size (pit to pit): 54cm / 21,25"
Shoulder Size (one seam to the other seam): 50cm / 19,68"
Waist Size (outer seam to outer seam): 49cm / 19,29"
Opening Size (seam to seam bottom): 49cm / 19,29"
Lenght Front (top of the shoulder to bottom of garment): 65cm / 25,59"
Lenght Back (from top of the collar to bottom of garment): 68cm / 26,77"
Sleeve Lenght (from top of shoulder-seam to the sleeves bottom edge): 64cm / 25,19"

I am 178cm tall, weighting 165lbs and it fits perfectly.

Asking for €1599,-

Payment via PayPal or bank transfer.

Insured shipping (UPS / FedEx) is €30,- from Germany to all European countries and the UK.

I’ve just recently posted out of Germany via Deutsche Post/DHL 2 pairs of boots (Clinch and Lofgrens) and they were delivered timely w/o any issues. They would allow you to mark it as a gift and 100 usd value only but this helps the potential buyer with tariffs as none imposed. So my point is don’t limit yourself with Europe only.

Thank you for the heads up, but i fear to declare a jacket of this caliber with an $100 value, would easily get me into trouble with US customs. I have heared that they are very strict right now regarding to parcels coming from europe. It would be easy to find out online that this jacket once had a price tag beyond $2700.

Could you post a pic of where the epaulets were removed to see if it’s noticeable or what it looks like? Is it bare snaps or were those removed?

The seam where the epaulets were removed have been sealed with the same thread used originally. Absolutely not visible. The original bare silver snaps looked a bit odd and have been replaced by vintage burnished ones.

It should be an easy fix to bring it back to the original condition by any leather worker, by replacing the current rivets again with silver snaps in the right diameter and sew on the epaulets again. Personally, i was inspired by SelfEdges´ "Delraiser" version of this jacket as it gives it a rougher look imho.
