Tonak "Flexible", late 1950s. The Light Brown Felt is very light weight. Probably the most pliable Felt I have ever encountered. The "Flexible" trademark goes back to early 1920s J.Hückel´s Söhne. Really great Form with lots of Brim flange plus I really like the Bow design and Band color & width. I forgot to mention that this hat was part of my 2016 Czech NOS Find (see below).

This is my May 2016 Czech NOS find. There are 20 hats (Brüder Böhm, J.Hückel´s Söhne, TONAK, Janyška) and 4 hat holders (Anton Peschel Neutitschein, Brüder Böhm, Janyška). All of the hats are NOS open crown and range from the later 1930s to late 1950s. Including a couple rare Brüder Böhm Soft Felt Wool hats and a Brüder Böhm hat holder.

Simply stunning, Steve. Both the beautiful Tonak, and that AMAZING 2016 score.

Muggy, warm, and kinda drizzley out this morning... Time for a hat you dont worry about. An inexpensive Stetson of some model with a tight enough weave to keep any water at bay lol. I iorigionally picked this one up cheap for a lawnmowing hat, but it actually has a nice tight weave, fits well, and has grown on me... so its been elevated to "regular" hat status

Boy, now if we could only get some hats to "grow" on us there wouldn't be any of the great size 6 7/8 or 7 hats out there ripe for the pickin'.
