I don‘t know if it is a deal abroad. But in Switzerland we don‘t often see Lewis jackets for a good price…

Bought a Triumph labeled Dominator from that guy. Unfortunately the racing jacket was to small for me. Jacket is in very good condition. I am not related to the seller.

This seller - American Biker Skin puts out quite a lot of jackets nearly all the time, however does not seem interested in "dealing" on his jackets. Prices appear to be firm on everything he sells.

That said, unknown maker D-pocket with very tastefully styled back (looks like a Hercules) but rest of the jacket appears newer, possibly replaced zipper. BIN $295, 23" pit to pit

New member (and jacket newbie) here: I kind of like this! But I'm a bit uncertain about sizing. My chest is about 37.5, I'm 5'9" and 150 pounds. I see that the P2P is 20": does that seem like a good size for me?

In general, I would want a pretty trim/slim fit. As someone new to leather jackets, I'm just not sure what jacket size corresponds to a good fit for me.

Thanks for any insights!

Imagine a heavy jacket that you can pinch at each armpit and get .5 inches of leather between your fingers. It’s a very slim, t-shirt only fit, but might be what you are after. I don’t believe it has 19” shoulders so I would ask him to remeasure from seam to seam. The length sounds about right for you, but compare to a jacket that you own

I would not go for this personally without asking for better photos unless $350 were not a lot of money to me. The chest measurement provided might be 20 inches, but I can't be sure from that photo. It actually looks more like 20.5. That photo is too inexact for my taste and besides that, pit-to-pit measurements are normally taken on the outside of the jacket, which takes into account the leather density.

So even if this interior measurement photo is right, the chest might be more like 42 inches when measured in the standard manner, which I would think is much too big for what you describe as your desired fit.

Oh jeez! I missed that funky p2p measuring style.

Yeh, disregard any stated measurements and ask him to take pics measuring properly. There are lots of online guides around on how to measure outerwear
