The tie is one of my favorites. It's 1970's vintage, and not really from the era I would typically collect. However, it reminds me so much of the ties my father wore from the late 60's. I remember as a child, sorting through them and admiring the different patterns.
I need to find a nice 60's Towncraft or Pilgrim to pair it with.

Today’s hat is a Bates from England. Finally found a wider tie which in new speak is 9.5cms. And giving my feet a rest from breaking in sale shoes with an English pair of Doc Martins.
Another superb Sunday showing, Stefan! I'm going with the Morreton as #1 (what a FABULOUS color!), the Valensy Chocolat as #2. and the Lees Eventide as #3. Thanks for brightening our Sunday once again!
