And Bond's 1970s clothing is terrible. The suits are still incredibly well tailored but the colors, fabrics, and proportion of the lapels, etc., are awful – and let's not even talk about the "leisure" clothes.What? Another day of Bond? Yes, more Bond in the background. The Spy Who Loved Me starring Roger Moore. The cheesiness, the quality, the silliness of post Connery Bond is so much more obvious when watching days of a Bond Marathon. For me, the funkiness of the seventies music does not compare favorably with that of the sixties. It’s just one more reason Sixties Bond is my favorite.

Yet, as you note, all those Connery '60s movies have clothing that mainly hold up. Much of it could be worn today.
