Steady cool rain this morning.... Out comes the Campdraft Deluxe ( Cedar Brown) for the coffee and errand run. Storms moving in in a bit so this is shaping up to be a mostly indoors day

I do not quote your posts enough - I look forward to them. Thanks for sharing.
I have never seen a Wanderer in real life. This is truly a dreamy hat. Thanks for sharing of late.
First of all, I want to thank you for the comments and likes over the past few days. I sincerely reciprocate.

We're starting the week with a Super Panizza "Nero" with a black ribbon.

It measures 58 cm and, surprisingly, it fits my head perfectly. Every now and then, I get a little lucky.
The felt has a very unique finish; it's a short fur that feels like velvet, medium weight, and very pliable.

It's probably a hat from the 1950s because it has a high finish and quality that Panizza hats from the 1970s are slowly losing.

I remind lovers of Italian hats that Panizza was an independent manufacturer of felt hats with short, medium and long fur trim.
Thanks for sharing your requisite collection of hats sir. A pleasure. Cheers.
Morning coffee under the OPS-era Knox 20.
This one is "ovalized sixteeenths"? Does that mean you could choose how many sixteenths you want it ovalized?

The Knox's are such classy fedoras. Paired with coffee - excellent!
Johann Gärner, Gärner Hüte, "9535U", Back Bow, possibly 1960s and a recent find.

Back bows can look appealing! Excellent share.
Asked Darrell (@Darrell2688 ) to make this one for me, if I remember it was my second Busted Hat

Sunday afternoon, on the Chap Grand Winter Flaneur walk. I believe this was taken while headed North along Charing Cross Road. I've posted about this hat before on the "what hat are you wearing today" thread. It's one of these: https://www.hatcentre.co.uk/index.php?route=product/product&path=153&product_id=144 I've had this one for about eighteen months now, I think; first bought the navy version in 2023. A real find for a new production hat. Thick and luxurious-feeling rabbit. The navy one bashed perfectly dray, while this one required a little steam. Somewhere I put up a post on these (in the new hats thread again, I think) showing this model right beside an Akubra Federation. This model is just a fraction more sloped than the Akubra as the crown reaches the top, but very little in it. The brim is an even 75mm / 3" all round. The ribbon I do find more pleasing than the Akubra's; it's taller, with the bow being just a little more dramatic. There's also a wind trolley, which is not something I'd plan to use (if it's blowy, I tend to reach for a cap), but it's nice to have it as an 'in case', and I like it as a point ofc visual interest on the hat. The crown height is great; I gather the model was designed to be worn over a Yarmulke, so it really favours that 30s/40s crown shape. Well worth looking into, especially if you're in the UK.
You and your dog are looking sharp! I always vote for more dog and hat pics. Thanks for sharing sir.
Yet another dreamy hat. I went back and searched the Stetson ad for Crush Weight - excellent. Thanks for sharing.
Out for Indian curry in a 60s Akubra Pocketweight Stylemaster.

Thanks for your recent hat shares, both of your hats and of your wifes. Cheers.
Jeff; Love the non-standard (something other than black fedora). I am teasing. Your black hats are worn proudly and that comes through on your hat shares. Cheers, Eric -A Melton NY, with the tagline, "Art in Hats". A beauty.
