Today is a 30s The Stetson Special and a 50s Blatt horse A2 style jacket this foggy morning.

An absolutely amazing show of hats this week - what a parade!

I'm wearing my RDOR today with renovations by @Randall Renshaw.

Currently still in my homebound clothes (fringes and all), but I do plan to change out a bit later for a family event. The following photos were made a few days ago when I first tried on this outfit and I really feel the colors here are just great!

Glad to see it getting some head time, buddy! You spruced it up nicely and it looks great on you!
Thanks Phill, it's a great hat.

Sssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssmokin', Nathan!!!
Thank you Voo.

Thanks for posting these pics, Nathan.
I have a near identical Sovereign Twenty. It's missing its wind cord, and original liner. It's great seeing what it looked like in pristine condition.

Sounds like you have a really terrific beater on your hands, Rollin. We got a shot of the interior of it, but I'd love to see the outside as well!

Great looking hat with character! I own several vintage OR's and only one has a cattleman's crease. It has become one of my top two favorites over the last year or so. I'd say I'm warming up to that crease in those OR's. Keep 'em coming, Nate!

My first couple nice Open Roads came with cattlemens creases that I wasnt overly enthused about... they promptly got converted to a teardrop/ front pinch.... then I warmed up... now I almost have parity between Cattlemans and Teardrops. Now if I pick ONE new one up, I end up finding one of the other lol

I followed a similar path with my ORs. Glad that a little steam lets me choose

Mayser "Grand Prix" "R", made for the Swiss market, possibly late 1920s early 1930s, and a recent find.

"I missing a Mayer Hat" Mayser Hutfabrik, Ulm Donau advertisement from "Fabrikation von Damen- und Herren- Filzhüten, Der Deustchen Hutmacher Zeitung (1933)".
