Thank you for your feed back. Indeed, the jacket is "en route" to my place, and I 've only seen it on pictures. The question was about its general appearance vs price paid. And yes, it looks in pretty nice condition. If I remember, the seller told it is a mid-nineties jacket. So quite old but fair aspect.

All being well the jacket will arrive in the condition you’re hoping for and that it fits.
Also, it’s probably a few year younger than the mid-90’s as according to Aero Leather that particular label design was used from 2001 onwards.
The following picture appeared in ‘Aero Style Review’, a fairly short-lived in-house magazine produced by them.

Adding to the database, the Jerky Black size 44 PHWM I mentioned sometime ago.

I think it looks deceiving as it seems to fit properly in these photos (although I might be wrong, haha), but the shoulder / upper back mobility issue is real, so I think it would make sense for me to pass this along.

From the photos the jacket seems to fit you really well, but I also know to well that some jackets that looks amazing on body can be a horrible experience to actually wear for a full day(had a bit of the same problem with a Aero 50's HB I owned a while back, loved how it looked on body, but the small neck opening made it a b*tch to wear for a full day sadly).

In the end you have to listen to your heart to see if it's a jacket you'll actually wear or pass along :)

Cheers

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: a jacket that is half a size or so too small is always going to look great in photos. Makes it really frustrating when you are trying to show people what you mean about fit issues because anyone looking at the photos will think “man what is he complaining about?”

In the pictures you can see the pull on the backyoke where it goes to the sleeve. I think the sleeve has too little volume to the outside or the backyoke should go a little further.

Yes, now that you mention it does look a bit off. But it does make sense since it limits my arm movement just forward, backwards I can pull my arms just fine.

If no one wants to buy it until the summer, I'm kind of tempted to try and stretch the jacket. Hop in the shower with it and then go out in the sun. Probably a good chance to ruin it and make sure I'm not able to sell it ever.
