Thank you, everyone, for the compliments on the floor. It was a labor of love, but from now on it will be hats not floors when I love on them.
I did get to spend a couple of hours Sunday walking the neighborhood with Abel, Liberty and Molly. They introduced themselves to neighbors who were out, and we had a great leaf fight under a sycamore a block over. Lib and Molly are fraternal twins, but I think Liberty was first at the feeding trough in the womb. Molly wears 18 month clothes at 3 1/2, though the pants are a bit short. Her skinny little **** didn't slow me down at all racing Abel.
The straws I made them last spring have survived. Who knows where they are now, after packing and moving in 2 days, but I'm hoping for a picture of us all in hats before I head home.

I'm not asking any lounger to pose his hats naked! Nor would I do that myself (and throw off airtraffic!).

Morning of pale sun after a rainy day, the temperature is still high for the period

Morning walk to my sstudio with Borsalino with short hair to call a much cold weather

Borsalino Qualità Superiore size is 6 1/2 as 7 1/2 US

The felt color is "M. Stagno" and the ribbon is "Ossido" Without lining is a mixture of furs and wool, finished witha short fur

The felt is really malleable, sometimes even too much.
It was for some years in the box of the probably sold, once it had a walk with me, it has become a faithful companion
