Post New Hats Here!

[AbbaDatDeHat]

Came with a cattleman. Opened up and ironed flat, steamed and brushed waiting to be reshaped. I like these hats and have looked for another since finding my black one.

Here is my Stetson *** Club. It arrive with the jute and vinyl band, which was tossed in favor of a ribbon.

That looks much better with the ribbon. I wish I could 'like' the hat more than once!

How much brim is that?

3 1/4" X 5 3/4"OC

In addition to the “Ramsay” hat mentioned previously, I also picked up the “Macmillan” pork pie from the Biltmore Founder’s Collection. Extremely fine weave on these, and IMHO a cool look.

Not new to me, but the first time I’ve had it in hand. @Hurricane Jack went out of his way to pick this up for me. I asked him to just hang onto it until we could meet up, but after three (?) years that doesn’t appear to be imminent. So he shipped it. [emoji3]

It’s a Lion Hats “clear beaver”. Doesn’t fit anyone here so may be yet another wall hanger.

Yo Bob:
That is one cool hat!! I just love those hats that you don’t see often. Some of them are quite suprising in quality. This one sure seems to be one!
Lion brand, not too often seen.
The only question is....who’s wall it’s gonna hang on. Ha
Be well. Bowen

Johann Hückel´s Söhne "Crystall Velour", measures 57cm, Crown Open 5 1/2 inches, Brim 2 inches probably later 1930s. The light green Velour is very high quality and easily dry creases. The paper label is missing. The color will photograph better under natural light.

Open Crown
