They used to make 4" Brim Western Borsalino Hats , I think Alan may have one , but I've seen them (Cant recall what they were called) . I bet somebody has one on FL .

There was one for sell on Ebay that looked something like this in 58 (7 1/4) out of Dallas ...

Love the lines on this Adam. The vent holes are also a nice touch. Are you going to address the sweat band, I seem to remember some damage to it in your first post of this one.
