I came across these glasses :

they are or appear to be brass frames but have modern black plastic arm ends.
My Question is, are they or do they look to be (obviously they're not originals) about 1920's -1930's era-ish ?
Just the look of, is my curiosity.
I am unsure due to the size (circumference) of the lenses.
