Right around 1950. It has the '40s-style factory label peeking out from underneath the sweatband, but also has the trademarked "Ovalized Sixteenths" size tag, for which they received the trademark in 1950 after filing a couple of years earlier. So, it was probably made a year or so either side of 1950.

This Mallory Ten is another of my favorite Homburgs. It's in prestine condition as you can see. I have it listed in the classifieds but for some reason it hasn't generated much interest! I hope it finds a home with a Lounger instead of EBay.

Beautiful example. Someone with that size bean who maybe hasn't yet considered donning the noble homburg would do well with this one. Alan and Jeff and some others have demonstrated how this style isn't confined to formal dress! There's my plug.

No label. Here's a close-up of the embossing on the sweat, though:

My guess is late 1950s early 1960s but I don't have any information on the maker.
