Beautiful finds everyone.

I found both of these on etsy. I had the earrings in my favorites for months. So glad no one else got them. Now I just need the prefect lucite purse.

I love your dress deadpandiva! It reminds me so much of my new dress (below and in avatar), except the velvet bow at the **** on mine is smaller and there's not a bow further down.

What a beautiful color!
Great find

I found this today at the thrift. How old do you think it is?

Hi there! Going by the photos and the label, I'd say 1940s. I'm not positive though!

Definitely prior to 1964, however, as the 100% wool symbol was created at that time.

Bought these lovely earrings from an antique shop in Wisconsin

[Flicka]

Found a new scent yesterday in a pretty retro-looking bottle. Really cheap and with a nice vanilla/flower combo.

Pretty! I have to mention that bulb atomizers will cause your perfume to evaporate more quickly than if the cap is on it.

Well, it was SEK 99 at H&M so the angels are welcome to their share...

A few Etsy finds:

A 1960's apple green shift by Carol Craig (I dropped the hem down on it as I found it a little on the short side):

A Harvey Berin nauticul number:

Moschino Gloves NWT:

A 1960s Shagmoor Cream Wool Coat:

I bought a pair of dress clips today - they cost nothing and were sort of cute. Some of the stones are missing but you can't tell IRL, they're so small. I have no idea when they're from, but they're my first pair of dress clips (and I rather regret not getting the other expensive pair they had as well, but they were so glittery they looked like they belonged in a Christmas tree) Would anyone dare venture to guess the age?

And back:

I couldn't resist these! They are brand new but I thought they were so feminine and had a vintagey look to them.

You can't really tell in the picture but the blue & white one is a ring.

Late 50's cotton dress with faux bolero. The only draw back is that i have to untie the front in order to zip it. I can't always get the bow to look right.

Fabulous dress DPD!

A few more things from Etsy that I've got over the last few weeks:

This lovely coat:

A cranberry coloured dress:

This lovely red coat (I have such a weakness for coats!):

This cute Lulu Guinness scarf (the poodles are so sweet!):

This white Paul Sachs dress that I was eyeing for ages on Dandelion Vintage:

[Caroline H]

deadpandiva,
That is a beautiful dress and you look fantastic in it!

Miss Golightly,
I especially like the poodles, and that white dress!

[Miss Golightly]

Thank you Caroline H!

That cranberry colored dress is lovely Miss Golightly.
I got some dance shoes and swing dance lessons.

Congratulations to your wonderful purchases, ladies!
Miss G, that poodle scarf is adorable! (It would go quite well with my poodle coat, hah )
I understand your passion for coats, I must hold myself back all the time, telling myself that I have no space for a new cupboard! Scarves and blouses need less space, so I'm trying to concentrate on those.

DPD - gorgeous dress! It looks so great on you. I adore the colours.

Miss G - Lovely buys as ever, i particularly like the cranberry dress, (cranberry and a bow, does it get any better?). The Paul Sachs dress is lovely too, i adore the sash belt and the neckline, so flattering.

I am currently culling the coat collection at home as it has gotten a bit out of hand. So i do empathise with you ladies. I just can't walk away from a cute coat, especially if it's a cute price!
