Have any of you ever done your own blend of whiskey? I have been trying out some different blends at home and have had some success and some learning lessons. I usually do 2oz of different scotch, bourbon, rye or what ever and see what I get after letting them meld for a month. It has been pretty fun and enjoyable for me just wondering if any one has done this before.
