For sale WW2-Coastal Command IRVIN Bomber Jacket with yellow hood- customised jacket.
Jacket is a Coastal Command Irvin dating to 1942-3. It was made by Links, a prolific London maker.
The zipped pockets are either late War theatre additions or post War. The zips and leather seam tapes have been removed from the sleeves to create the pockets.
The Sheepskin Leather is in very good condition and the Jacket is wearable as it is, but I think someone could repair the the Jacket as it was.

The detailed measurements, the jacket should be a good fit for a 42-44 inch chest. The jacket is the size Large / Chest 42-44 "size 52-54 to increase 175-183 24,5 inches (60-62cm) from underarms across the chest. 24 inches (60 cm) along the lower hem. 20,5 inches (52cm) across the shoulders 25,5 inches (65 cm) shoulder to cuff. 27 inches (67-68cm) along back seam from collar to lower hem. It weighs approximately 2.5Kg.
