WTB: Lost Worlds Jacket 40-42

So, now that my Aero Bootlegger is getting daily wear and will soon be broken in and I own Langlitz, Vanson, Eastman, Goodwear, Schott, I came up with this idea to reduce my collection to one jacket per manufacturer. Therefore, will sell much but also need a few more; in particular a Lost Worlds.

Styles that I am particularly interested in: Bedford, Suburban, Ryder, Speed Demon, Rigger, Raider.

Leatherwise, I am kinda set on 4 oz HH, but ey, if you got some of that Forrest green moosehide or the perfect jacket in russet hide, I'm surely not turning anyway..

Would prefer to trade for one of my Aero/Vansons and pay only difference.

Please pm me if you have anything interesting you have not worn long enough to consider being able to live without

I genuinely wish you luck on this one. I have really loved the jackets I have from Stuart (J23 and Speed Demon), definitely worth the boot camp break-in period. If you can’t find a trade partner, ordering from Stuart isn’t a bad end result.

Ordering new from Stu effectively costs me more than 2000 USD due to high shipping costs overseas and 25ish % customs fees. I'm not in such dire need of a jacket to drop that kind of money.

Yep, completely understand. I'm speculating it will be difficult to find someone looking to trade an LW for an Aero/Vanson +cash. Doesn't mean it won't happen. I've seen stranger things.

There was a brilliant J-24 in Germany some time ago, adorned with tons of Swarovski and all that. The price was about 1500 Euros but even I was calculating where to get that sort of money, how beautiful the jacket was. I've rarely seen one pop up since.

Roadhouse is my favorite from LW. It's the one I'd get first.

Yeah. At first glance this looks like an amazing jacket, nice and thick horsehide and everything. But under the right chest pocket are multiple scratches and I believe even holes in the leather (you can see the blue lining through one of them). This jacket was up for auction before, offers went up really high to my surprise but the buyer must have returned it after noticing the holes. Kinda surprised people are bidding as high as 350 USD on it yet again. With holes at such a prominent spots this jacket is unwearable for anything else than garden wear in my books.

Too large. Friend owns the same jacket in size 44 and I need a 42 for a good fit, could even go 40 for snug fit. Besides, seller above asks like 950 USD starting bid, which is absurdly much for a used LW in given condition. I have seen new, shiny and unworn LWs go for considerably less.
