1. Dobbs Sweatband
I am refurbishing a beautiful Dobbs Nor' Wester to my size. As a result of my efforts, I cannot use the original sweatband. Does anyone have a usable vintage Dobbs sweatband, so that I could maintain a vintage overall appearance?
I intend to wear this hat, so I'm looking for a good quality and supple leather sweatband without cracks, splits, or tears. I wear 7 1/4, so it needs to be 7 3/8 or larger. This will allow me to cut it down exactly to my size.
2. Cavanagh Liner
I own a 1930s Cavanagh, but it did not include the liner when I bought it, unfortunately. Does anyone have an original Cavanagh liner that dates back to the '30s? The liner will include the address in a single line, which reads:
"Park Avenue at 47th Street New York"
More about dating a Cavanagh can be found on Brad's web-site:

I know the latter request is a long shot, but I would love to keep the hat original. Hope you can help!!
