WTB: Budget Brown Leather Jacket - size 40-42

Hi guys. Wanting a simple brown leather jacket, possibly a cafe racer in size 40-42. Wanting to spend around $100. Looking for an old beater that someone wants to give a new life to. Thanks a lot.

search Ebay for Brooks Cafe Racer. You want one with gold label. Most go for $90-125. One of the best bang for buck.

Lesco has got a really nice brown leather too. But I found sizing all over the place. But worth a search as well.

Schott always worth a shot LOL, but most go for $200-300. $100 is pushing it unless it has damage.

Also, in addition to Brooks, Fidelity Cafe Racers are in that price range all day every day. The catch is that many sellers don't know what they are because Fidelity's Marketing Geniuses decided against actually putting a brand label on their jackets. They will have the generic GENUINE LEATHER GARMENT label and will almost always have Chain coat hanger riveted into the inner collar/neck area.

Generally, you can find Fidelity, Lesco, Excelled, Brooks, Branded Cafe Racers all in the $100 range.

I recommend buying from a Member here in the lounge. Not only will the Seller likely have more knowledge about the jacket and how to provide proper measurements, but even better, YOU CAN SCREW THE GOV'T OUT OF TAXES and you can get more jacket for your money here because the Seller will not be paying the sales platform a la eBay, etc. Plus some "clever" eBay Sellers think they are outwitting eBay by listing extreme shipping costs. We don't play like that here.

You won't find Aero for $100, more like $300 and up. Great jackets though, worth hunting for.
