Wool hat natural shrinking

This is my first post. I just bought a Bailey Barksdale and it fits perfectly. Only thing is that I was told wool hats tend to shrink with time and it was better for it to have a bit of loose than fit snug. Since it’s new and fit just right, is there a concern that it will become too small after wearing it for a while?

In my limited experience, you will be fine if you wear it every day. If it gets wet you would want to wear it until it dries. If it is put away for any length of time then you might need one of those wooden hat stretchers. If you put it away it won't hurt to put the stretcher in place beforehand.
