As per Carter, Art Fawcett is the man to ask if you want to know for sure, but the last I heard it was 14 weeks.

On a happier note, I got an e-mail from Art today and it seems my name is up in his que. I quickly called him as soon as I saw the e-mail and found his number on his site. He wanted to discuss my hat obviously. I told him I want a granite Sportaire with a wide brim binding and left everything else up to him. Hopefully by the end of next week my waiting will be over and I'll be "sporting" a VS Custom Sportaire. :eusa_clap :eusa_clap :eusa_clap :eusa_clap

That's sounds exciting. For a while now, I've been thinking my next hat from Art will be in granite. Whenever I decide is the time to get it I suppose. Do post pics when you get it, Bob.

Art told me 12-14 weeks. He sent me the weird measuring doodad, I fitted it and sent it back, and now all I have to do is sit back and wait, and contemplate what I'll be going for. I think perhaps the HST. Love the look of that hat. Although I'm not really one for a bound edge. Still, I intend to leave it in his hands.
