I wear hats that are in-between 7 and 71/8 but I believe this should go to someone that wears a size 7, unless you intend to do just a little bit of stretching. The hat measures 21 1/2 inches around inside. 6.3/8" x 7.75" measured from the inside. Regular Oval. I have only worn this hat about 6 times.
