Here is a vintage hat stretcher, adjustable from size 6 1/4 - 8. It's in fair condition, the dome has several marks, dings, and dents, and the base itself is well worn. The sizing marks on the base are getting difficult to see, though they are still readable. The stretcher wobbles on the base, and while tightening the screws in the bottom help, it manages to quickly work itself loose again. Because of this I'm not sure that the needle accurately lines up to the measurement marks on the base, so you will probably have to stretch the hat by feel.
