Allow me to introduce myself, I'm Claire and I run a company called Circa Vintage Auctions.
This is a fairly new business, specialising in auctioning vintage clothing.
I am based in Birmingham, UK, which is where the sales are held.
I have teamed up with a close contact of mine who has been an established auctioneer for over 7 years, also based in the Midlands. Their company is called Aston's Auctioneers and they currently specialise in toys and Police auctions.
Together we pride ourselves on offering one of the lowest commission rates amongst auction houses in the country.
Having looked through the classifieds section of the forum I can see alot of people advertising to sell their vintage clothing!
Circa Vintage Auctions can give you the opportunity to sell your vintage clothing and accessories easily as it cuts out the effort you need to go to to advertising it! We do all that for you, as well as photograph and catalogue your items in an appealing and professional way.
For larger collections we don't mind visiting you as we have a van, and for smaller items we are happy to recieve these by post or courier.
We accept both single items and bulk lots, as they will appeal to a wide range of bidders. The bulk lots tend to appeal to traders and shop keepers.
