Vintage Doggie?

I recently adopted 4 pound maltese and she generally goes everywhere with me since she is an older doggie and came from a neglectful home. She generally rides in my Louis Vuitton Alma wit her head popping out, she loves going in that purse. Since I have gotton her, I have not really been able to carry anything else. I know the Alma is a classic bag that can pass as a vintage type purse since it was designed back in the golden era, but is there anything that anyone would else suggest?, how to carry my dog in vintage style?

Watch some of the Thin Man movies and see how they carried Asta around or if they just put him on a leash. I can't remember.

Asta was either on a leash or roaming free... he was a bit too big to fit in a bag! lol Man I love those movies...

Well, this is creative, rather than vintage, but how about taking the top off a vintage hard travel cosmetic case? Than add a shoulder strap.

Hard bottomed case bottom to hold the pooch and also it's lined to be able to be washed out.
