Bought from a fellow lounger a couple years ago but no longer fits me due to weight loss. Has wear from use but no holes, bad smells or any other functional damage.

Sleeve (from shoulder seam to base of cuff): approximately 24.25"

I bought this used so I didn't set the sleeve length. It is most likely a bit shorter than a standard size which for me worked well. I'm 5'9" and weighed around 220 lbs when this fit me best. I'm down to 180 now and it fits much too large.

I'm really trying to make this work! Love the patina. What is the shoulder measurement, and what is the sleeve length following the outside curve please?

Measuring straight across at the shoulders I get about 21.5" from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
Sleeve length following the outside curve is about 24" but that's using a stiff tape measure. I'd guess it would be about 24.5 to 25" with a flexible tape.
