Beautiful Vintage Beaver "G-men" Fedora-Size 7 3/8. Color is a very nice Coco brown. This hat which was a parcel of 3,
which came from a FBI agent of the 40-50s, is in excellent condition. No flaws at all. Fits like a glove. Brim is about 2 1/8"This hat has character that can not be found in new hats, the lines and look are really of another era.
Leather sweat and liner are perfect. The other two hats(already sold) owned by this refined gentlemen were both Borsalinos
where as this one is marked individually made for BR Baker.

How high is the crown open? For a brim that small I need a tall crown.

Believe it or not even though the brim sounds small it really works well in relation to the crown ht. which is substantially high, plus the ribbon is large as well and carries the scale of this hat. Thus it appear bigger then it seems in relation to the number size of the brim.
I ll measure the crown tues and post the number for you then ,as the hat is on display at the shop where I keep my hats.
