I purchased the jacket directly from Vanson last year. It was listed as early 90's, black comp leather. It was professionaly cleaned and only worn few times. Pictures and measurements will follow shortly.

It may be snug on you but should fit. I am 46" chest as well, size 36 waist; the upper fit is fine, it's a bit snug across the bottom when zipped. If you plan to layer, this jacket, almost for certain, will be too tight.
