Using Hats

My hats are part of my tool box. During the week I use them for business and keeping the sun off my face. Recently I have gone to wearing the brimmed hats more, they remind me of standing under a shade tree which is nice. On the weekends, I wear Stetson Openroad (ebay find) that I tore the lineing out to fit better. It's a tool I use for working on the place using a tractor, mower, or chain saw. I find a hat a tool and companion for all seasons. It's funny how we got away from using them more. Hats used to be like a good pair of broken in overalls.
