What top 10 films do you recommend that everyone see's, new and old> especially if they're feel good.

I have made a resolution to have me time at least once a week this involves a good film and prettifying myself.

If someone had seen no motion pictures, and understood English, my first film to show them would be Fred Zinnemann's "The Search" (1948, Montgomery Clift, Ivan Jandl, Aline McMahon). It shows human beings at their worst and their best.

Next, in no particular order:
2. "The Searchers" (1956, John Wayne, Jeffrey Hunter, Vera Miles);

3. "The Lady Eve" (1941, Barbara Stanwyck, Henry Fonda, Charles Coburn);

4. "Tootsie" (1982, Dustin Hoffman, Jessica Lange, Teri Garr);

5. "The In-Laws" (1979, Peter Falk, Alan Arkin, Richard Libertini);

6. "Friendly Persuasion" (1956, Gary Cooper, Dorothy McGuire, Anthony Perkins);

7. "Casablanca" (1942, Humphrey Bogart, Ingrid Bergman, Claude Rains);

8. "Galaxy Quest" (1999, Tim Allen, Sigourney Weaver, Alan Rickman);

9. "Return to Me" (2000, Mini Driver, David Duchovny, Carroll O'Connor);

10. "Hero" (1992, Dustin Hoffman, Gena Davis, Andy Garcia).

Enjoy.
