Wow. :cry: Although it is a great sadness to loose such an awesome collection, atleast he and his sons are still around to tow away the remains. It could've been worse.
That amazed me as well Mark, I hope that it is salvageble. Your right it could have been a lot worse. It 's really amazing me, these fires are just going so wild, hence the name, I just hope they get them under controll soon, I have too many friends out there.:cool2:
Well, that is the neat thing about the old ones....if the metal of the frames and body aren't melted or warped (and from the looks of this one, it was a flash over rather than a toasting), they're all restorable. What the problem is here is that it may have taken years to get it to the point it was BEFORE the fire. It may take years to bring her back. Just sad. Regards. Michaelson
