I remember reading a review of some record or other in the late 1970's which was supposed to appeal to those who liked "acoustic jazz only". I thought that rather narrow. Why limit ones self to jazz recorded before 1925 unless issued on Harmony, Velvet Tone or, pethaps, Edison?
