WishbookWeb is the brainchild of two catalog preservation enthusiasts, one known appropriately as "Wishbook". Wishbook set up a freely-viewable site on Flickr.com and attracted much attention and support from those who found it. People were able to see the catalogs they enjoyed from their past, and reminisced at the memories they triggered.

This is a great link! And right in time to get folks thinking abut the upcoming season.

My grandmother passed in February of 2010 and when we the family met up again in June to look through the house we found a Sears catalog, still in the wrapper, carefully preserved in the closet. It was marked with a note in her handwriting "Very last Sears Roebuck catalog published." My grandmother had an eye for the very unique and distinct notables of history...

Very much enjoyed perusing the site though, thanks!
