Cool pic. Werner Heisenberg was 26 back then. He's the only really young fellow among them.

Wolfgang Pauli, standing to Heisenberg's right (left in the photo) was 27. Heisenberg was awarded his Nobel Prize in 1932. Pauli had to wait until 1945. To my count, 8 had won the Nobel Prize in physics by 1927... another 6 would go on to win in the years following.

I wonder if they ever talked hats?

Hendrik Lorentz, seated between Einstein and Madame Curie was 74 when this photo was taken. He died a few months later. Wikipedia notes 17 Nobel prizes in total among the attendees.
