Did he ever design a roof that didn't leak or a foundation that didn't crack? The Lloyd houses I have seen remind me of a penitentiary. They say his clients were supposed to move into their new homes with a few clothes in a suitcase, nothing else. All furniture, pictures and decorations were picked by the architect. The clients were supposed to live in their own homes as in a hotel.
