I know both houses on the film, which still stand. The Greek Revival farm house has been in the middle of a street of strip shopping since the early 1950s. The Lake Shore Station featured in the film closed in 2012 after a century in service and was demolished in 2016. I own what I believe is the very Art Case Cheney phonograph with Burns-Pollack electric motor which was seen in the modern electric house. I found it in a resale shop which was located within a mile of the featured house in Cleveland Heights. Of course I do not know what became of the “Flying Coffin” or the Templar touring car.

By the way, the film is 1923. The appliances and the houses are more in line with the “Live better electrically” campaign of the ‘Teens than anything of the 1930s.
