In a Bob and Ray radio show from 1959-60, they're waiting for a doctor to come to the studio to check on The Great Bob and Ray Bird, who hasn't been feeling well.
Ray: "I just looked out the window-- and I saw... the Doctor's buggy."
Bob: "He is?"
Ray: "Yes, that's what I thought."
Later, Ray says "I just looked downstairs, and I saw the Doctor's goshky."
"The Doctor's buggy" could well be a very old vaudeville line, and by 1959-60 it was rather obsolete because only some of the Amish doctors would have been making house calls in a horse-drawn vehicle.
"The Doctor's goshky" (just a guess at the spelling) goes completely over my head.
